Just a glimpse into my life; I am an animal lover, an adventure junkie, a passport stamp filler, a fitness fanatic and a foodie. My motto in life is as simple as me: go live.
As an expat myself I too have been in your shoes and that is how this business transpired. My main objective is to provide and assist you, so that you don't have to go through the nitty-gritty process of finding a home.
When my husband and I decided to make the transition to the Netherlands we longed for such a reliable service to feel some sort of ease during this formidable task. I have made it my passion to help and be your personal assistant to find the right home for you, not just any home, and to be able to lift that weight off your shoulders sweat free.
With a Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree in Business Management I provide a professional skill and an existing established network that is ever expanding. As my first priority I will exhaust all possible resources to satisfy your wants and needs.
With consistent hard work, transparency and dedication my aim is to deliver convenience and comfortability for you.
Lieben Sheard
Hello, I’m an expat currently living and loving life in the Netherlands. A few things about me; I graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Quantity Surveying and a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship. I have many passions and most of them involve the outdoors. I have a skippers license, PADI open water diving license and currently training for a triathlon. I play golf at the Hilversumsche Golf Club and I was bitten by the travel bug at a young age. Family comes first in my life and I’m a very honest, humble and a people pleasing kind of guy.
My love for the property industry comes from my grandfather and father who have both been successful in their own right back in South Africa.
My ultimate goal is to mend my two passions, which are property and helping others, and with this business I am able to do that.
My wife and I have been through the relocation process that you are facing right now and I know exactly how daunting, stressful and intimidating it is. I believe that with our knowledge, determination and willingness to help we will be able to cater to all your needs.
